Free worldwide shipping

Shipping is free on every order, to anywhere in the world. There's no minimum spend.

When will my order arrive?

Orders are usually sent within 1 to 3 working days. Most orders then arrive within 5 to 10 working days. Busy times, like Christmas and other holidays, can take a little longer, so please order early if you need your charm by a certain date.

Tracking

Every order comes with tracking. You'll get your tracking details as soon as your parcel is scanned in by the courier. Tracking can take a few days to update, so please don't worry if it looks quiet at first.

Customs and import tax

Most small parcels arrive with nothing extra to pay. Some countries charge import tax or duty on parcels from abroad. These charges are set by your country, and they're the customer's responsibility. If you're unsure, check your local customs rules before ordering.

Checking your address

Please make sure your address is correct and complete at checkout. If you spot a mistake, message me straight away and I'll update it if your order hasn't been sent yet.

Lost or late parcels

If your parcel hasn't arrived within 30 days of being sent, please get in touch. I'll look into it and, if it's lost, send a replacement or give you a refund.
