About these terms
This website, dearlyheld.com, is run by Dearly Held. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them along with my refund policy, shipping policy and privacy policy.
Products
All charms are 925 sterling silver and designed to fit European-style 3mm charm bracelets. I do my best to show every charm accurately, but colours can look slightly different on different screens. Please check the size shown on each product page before you buy. Charms are sold on their own, and bracelets are not included.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars and may be shown in your local currency as a guide. Shipping is free. Payment is taken when you place your order. If a price is shown in error, I'll contact you before your order is sent and you can choose to cancel for a full refund.
Orders
Your order is accepted when it's confirmed by email. I may cancel an order if a charm is out of stock or can't be delivered to your address. If this happens, you'll get a full refund.
Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and can't be guaranteed. Full details are in my shipping policy.
Returns and refunds
Your rights to return a charm are set out in my refund policy. Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights as a consumer.
Caring for your charms
Charms are small and delicate. Please take care when wearing them, and keep them away from young children, as small parts can be a choking hazard.
Website content
The photos, text and design on this website belong to Dearly Held and can't be copied or used without permission.
Liability
I'm responsible for any loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of me breaking these terms. I'm not responsible for losses that weren't foreseeable, and my total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, as far as the law allows.
Changes to these terms
I may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order is the one that applies.
