Yes, if you have a Pandora bracelet or any other European-style charm bracelet with a 3mm chain. That covers most charm bracelets, and this charm slides straight on. They won't fit link-style or clip-on Italian bracelets. Not sure? Message me a photo of your bracelet and I'll tell you.

Is this a Pandora charm?

No. They're Dearly Held charms, and I'm not connected to Pandora. They're made to fit Pandora bracelets and any other European-style charm bracelet with a 3mm chain, so you can mix them in with the charms you already have. Every one is 925 sterling silver, the same silver standard the big brands use, with enamel colour and sparkling stones. The difference is the price. You're not paying for a big name, so a charm costs about half what a big-brand charm does, often less.
